Deus Ex Invisible War Easter Egg

The Omar (The cyborgs running the black market) can be made to sing and laugh. On the second visit to New Cairo approach the Omar in the North Medina with your inventory already full and attempt to purchase the gas grenades. The Omar will sing, laugh, and then remember what he was doing.

If you haven't got a full inventory buy something else from the Omar to fill it up.

Remeber to do this before talking to Leo Jankowski, if you say the wrong thing to him he'll kill the Omar trader.
